We also assist people to gain insight into the needs and interests of the other party in order to remove mutual roadblocks and find common ground.

Transitions coaching assists people whose lives are being impacted by change. Support and guidance is given to help participants process the change and its effect on their lives. People learn the skills necessary to accept the change, reorient themselves and create a new beginning.

Coaching for managers is most often intended to assist the individual in communicating more effectively, usually related to defining corporate and personal goals for subordinates. Topics can include team-building, motivation, dealing with conflict, clear communication and empowerment.

Productivity coaching invariably must tackle specific issues that are reducing the individual’s effectiveness. The primary objective is to help the individual clearly identify, understand and accept the issue, attitude or behaviour that needs to be modified – and to develop the implementation plan.
