Synergy Sense Consulting is a management consulting firm dedicated to helping people work better together.

Projects are undertaken and implemented jointly with the client, with expected outcomes and measurable results carefully defined beforehand. Requests are extremely varied but typically fall into 4 main groups:

1. Keynote Presentations - for small or large audiences
2. Training - for individuals, groups and teams
3. Coaching - for managers dealing with unfamiliar staff situations
4. Mediation - to resolve disputes and conflict

These four main service groups are described in detail under the headings shown across the top of the page.

The consulting role of SSC is to devise and implement solutions that address existing challenges. These often involve working relationships, staff training & development, managing change & transitions, and team building.  In all of these areas SSC undertakes to help employees work cooperatively, create healthier workplace environments and increase productivity.
